Services · Pensions & Social SecurityYour pension file, filed right — and never left alone
A pension is won on paper: the right application, on the right date, with every document in the file — and someone chasing it when the administration goes quiet. We prepare, file and track your pension paperwork before the Spanish Social Security (INSS), including cases with years worked abroad.
What we file for you
Pension paperwork is more than the initial application: requests and supporting documents for retirement, widowhood or other benefits; file-copy requests (your right under art. 53 of Law 39/2015 — the way to see what the administration has actually done); follow-up letters when the legal deadline has passed with no answer; and additional evidence filed so it enters the record with a stamped receipt. Everything goes in through the e-office with digital certificate — with proof of the date, because in pensions the date is money: back-payments are capped at three months (art. 53 LGSS).
Worked in more than one country?
Spain coordinates pensions with the EU and with bilateral agreement countries (Canada, USA, UK and many more). Periods worked abroad count towards your Spanish pension — but only if the institutions exchange the right forms, and that exchange is exactly where files stall for months. We document what was sent and when, keep certified copies of everything, and prepare the letters that get a stalled file moving again.
What we are — and what we are not
We are a paperwork and follow-up service: preparation, filing and tracking of documents you are entitled to file yourself. If your case needs a formal legal claim against a denial or prolonged silence, that step belongs to a practising lawyer (abogado) — we tell you honestly when that moment arrives, and our file-keeping makes that lawyer's job easier, not harder. Small fixed fees, told in advance, no promises of outcome.
