Services · Digital certificate & Cl@ve

The queue you never have to stand in again

Every Spanish procedure — immigration, taxes, Social Security, criminal records — works better online. The digital certificate and Cl@ve are the keys. We get you both, configured and working on your devices.

Try it yourself: certificate, Cl@ve or both?

Three questions to see which digital key you need, what an NIE unlocks and which verification route fits you. Free, no sign-up, and nothing leaves your browser. (Tool available in Spanish.)

Two keys, two different jobs

Cl@ve identifies you before most public portals — enough for checking a file, requesting appointments or consulting your working life report. The digital certificate (FNMT) does that and signs: submitting applications, signing documents, acting before any e-office. Many procedures accept either; the ones with real consequences usually want the certificate. Our honest advice: get both once, properly.

What a foreigner needs

The non-negotiable is the NIE. With it, the certificate is requested online and your identity is verified either in person (AEAT, Social Security and other offices — with appointment) or by video identification (for a fee, without leaving home). Cl@ve registration has its own routes, including offices and online options. Details and availability change — that is exactly the part we keep track of for you.

What we do

We prepare the application, book what needs booking, walk you through the verification step, and leave the certificate installed and tested on your computer and phone — plus Cl@ve activated. From that day on, your immigration renewals, tax filings and certificates are a matter of minutes, not mornings. Small fixed fee, told in advance.

FNMT certificate: identity can be verified by video

Besides in-person verification at AEAT, Social Security and other public offices, the FNMT offers video identification for the personal certificate (for a fee). For foreigners, an NIE is essential in every route.

Cl@ve and the digital certificate are not the same: get both

Cl@ve identifies you; the digital certificate also signs. Many immigration and Social Security procedures accept either, but signing documents and some portals require the certificate. Having both keeps deadlines safe.
