The personal data the user provides through this site's forms or assessment tools are processed in order to handle their enquiry, offer preliminary guidance on their situation and, where applicable, manage subsequent contact. Data concerning administrative or migration status are considered sensitive information and are handled with special diligence and confidentiality.
The legal basis for processing is the data subject's consent, deemed given when they voluntarily submit their data through the site, as well as the application of pre-contractual measures at the user's request.
Data are kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected, with the following indicative periods: enquiries and information requests that do not lead to an engagement are kept for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact; data linked to a professional engagement, for the duration of the relationship and the legally required limitation periods; and technical backups, a maximum of 6 months. Once those periods elapse, data are securely deleted or anonymised.
Data will not be disclosed to third parties except under legal obligation. No international data transfers are made without adequate safeguards.
The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@santiagolegalconsulting.es, indicating the right they wish to exercise. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they consider the processing does not comply with the regulations.
Santiago Legal Consulting adopts the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security and confidentiality of personal data and to prevent their alteration, loss or unauthorised access.
