Services · Representation & notification watch

The administration writes to a mailbox you never open. We watch it for you.

Electronic notifications count as served 10 days after they land — read or not. One free power of attorney and we become your representative: we file your paperwork with stamped proof, track your cases, and watch your notifications so no deadline ever expires in silence. Revocable by you, any time, in two clicks.

Try it yourself: what kind of representation do you need?

A few questions — a one-off filing, ongoing notification watch, or empowering someone for a relative — and you'll see which power of attorney fits, how it's granted for free, and what to decide before signing. No sign-up, nothing leaves your browser. (Tool in Spanish.)

The problem: the 10-day silent clock

Spanish administrations increasingly notify electronically: the message lands in an official mailbox (sede electrónica, DEHú) and, under art. 43 of Law 39/2015, if you don't open it within 10 calendar days it is deemed rejected — and the procedure continues as if you had read it. That's how solid applications die: a request for documents nobody saw, a resolution nobody appealed. If you have any live file — immigration, benefits, taxes, the 2026 regularisation — someone must be watching that mailbox every week.

The solution the law gives you — for free

Articles 5 and 6 of Law 39/2015 let any person represent another before the administration: no special qualification, just an accredited power. The apud acta power of attorney is granted free at the Electronic Register of Powers of Attorney (REA) — online in ten minutes with your certificate or Cl@ve, or in person at a registry office if you don't have one yet. You choose the scope (everything, one body, or specific procedures), the duration (up to 5 years), and you can revoke it at any moment from the same portal. Social Security and the Tax Agency run their own equivalent registers — we tell you which one your case needs.

What we do as your representative

Three layers, and you pick: (1) One-off filings — we submit an application, answer or appeal-in-administration in your name, with stamped proof, and hand you the receipt. (2) Case tracking — we follow your file, chase its status and prepare each response. (3) Notification watch — the recurring service: we check your electronic mailboxes regularly, warn you the day something lands, and get the response moving before the 10-day clock runs out. Ideal for foreign residents, busy professionals, and families managing paperwork for elderly relatives. Fixed prices told in advance; the power itself is always free.

What this is not

Representation covers administrative procedures. Court proceedings — lawsuits, judicial appeals — belong by law to a practising lawyer and procurador, and we tell you honestly when your case reaches that door. Some acts are also strictly personal (identity checks, fingerprints for the TIE): there we prepare everything and accompany you, but you attend. And your first step, if you don't have it yet, is your own digital certificate or Cl@ve — the key that makes everything else ten minutes instead of ten queues.

E-notifications expire: after 10 days they count as served

When a Spanish administration places a notification in your electronic mailbox and you don't open it, after 10 calendar days it is deemed rejected — and the procedure moves on as if you had read it. Requests, decisions and deadlines can run without you knowing. Watching that mailbox isn't convenience: it's administrative survival.

Anyone can represent you before the administration — with a free power of attorney

Spanish law requires no qualification to represent another person in administrative procedures: accrediting the power is enough. The apud acta authorisation is granted FREE at the Electronic Register of Powers of Attorney (online with a digital certificate or Cl@ve, or in person at a registry office), with the scope you decide and revocable at any time.
