Buying a home in Spain, handled from start to finish

Buying a property in Spain means dealing with the Land Registry, the town hall, the bank, the notary, the tax office and the utility companies — in a language and a system you may not know. We stand in the middle and do it all for you: one trusted point of contact, in English, from the first check to the keys in your hand.

One firm, the whole purchase

Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions you will make — and in a foreign country it can feel like a maze. Our job is to remove that fear. You deal only with us; we take care of the rest, keep you informed at every step and make sure nothing is signed until it is safe to sign. Our duty is to act with professional diligence: we don't sell guarantees, we sell a purchase done properly.

What we take care of, step by step

Made for foreign buyers

This is where we add the most value. Beyond the purchase itself, we can open a non-resident bank account, let you buy remotely with a power of attorney (apostille and sworn translation), arrange an interpreter, set up a tax representative, and prepare a Spanish will — strongly recommended once you own property here. We also point you to the right residence route if you plan to live in Spain (the property "golden visa" no longer exists since April 2025).

Clear and honest

You will always know the real cost. Our fees are separate from the taxes, notary and registry fees, which we tell you in advance and which vary with the property — we confirm the current figures, never quote from memory.
